01Build

Build

New products and platforms, from the first commit to production.

Most of what makes software expensive is decided in the first few weeks: the data model, the boundaries between systems, what the team is allowed to assume. We want to be there for that part, and to still be there when it ships.

We work in your repository, in your process, with your people. Not a black box that returns a deliverable and an invoice.

02Rescue

Rescue

Codebases that became slow, fragile, or that nobody wants to own.

We start with an audit and a written verdict: what is actually wrong, what it is costing you, and what we would do about it in which order. Sometimes that document is the entire engagement. More often we stay and do the work.

A rewrite is the last option, not the first. Most systems can be brought back incrementally while they keep serving users, and the ones that genuinely cannot are rarer than people think.

03Lead

Lead

Interim technical leadership for teams that are between people, or growing faster than they can hire.

We take responsibility rather than seats: technical direction, architecture decisions, interviewing, review culture, mentoring. The kind of work that does not show up in a sprint report but decides how the next year goes.

The goal is to become unnecessary. We write down what we know and leave the team able to carry it.
